WaveRunner Assessment Terms and Conditions
WaveRunner is an independent research and self-reflection project managed by the WaveRunner team in Missouri, USA. These terms cover requesting and using a WaveRunner assessment and report.
Submitting a request asks for access to an assessment; it does not guarantee approval or immediate delivery. If approved, the assessment link is sent to the delivery email you provide. Supply accurate information and use contact details you are authorized to provide. Do not share a private assessment or report-access link with anyone who should not have access.
The assessment and its report describe model interpretations of the information supplied. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of an individual's behavior or a community's cycle.
Research participation is required before answering a new assessment. A request for another adult does not authorize you to consent to research on their behalf. The person taking the assessment reviews the participation notice and makes their own agreement and report-sharing choice. Participation under 18 is currently unavailable until a separate guardian-consent process is in place.
Optional sharing with a requesting app account is separate from access by authorized WaveRunner team members. Requesting an assessment does not make you an administrator or give you access to other people's records.
You may retain your own report. Do not use WaveRunner to obtain unauthorized access, misrepresent another person's permission, or misuse another person's information. WaveRunner branding, site content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Questions about requests, reports and these terms are handled by the WaveRunner team. Contact the WaveRunner team at waverunnerteam@gmail.com. These terms do not waive rights you have under applicable law.
